What Happened to Gao Hai Ming and Lin Huan Er on My Page in the 90s Ending?
Lin Huan Er started to panic when she realized the system was manipulating other characters to end her quest faster. When Gao Hai Ming got injured, she protested, but the system dismissed her.
She wanted it to lower Gao Hai Ming’s fondness so they could have more time together, but it couldn’t because it only reflected his real feelings. And when everything ended, it was only a dream for her.
Lin Huan Er’s perspective changed after she heard Zhu Meng Meng wanted her comic characters (which based on Lin Huan Er’s story), to love without regret. Lin Huan Er then realize that all this time, she had restrained herself. Now, she wanted to to be like them, who loved each other recklessly.
Meanwhile Gao Hai Ming knew that there was something behind Lin Huan Er’s rejection. She told her that her situation was complicated. But he was willing to wait. So, Lin Huan Er thought that as long as he didn’t propose, she could stay longer. However, the system told her that there’s time limit, or the novel world would collapse.
Finally, his fondness reached 100%. Lin Huan Er decided to make the most of their remaining time. She worked hard to help with Letao’s sales because she wanted him to success. Haunted by the ticking clock, Lin Huan Er gathered her courage and asked him to propose on New Year’s Eve.
Later they went on a vacation and stayed in the same hotel room. This time, they were a real couple. The night was long, and love filled the air. 🥰🥰
On New Year’s Eve. Gao Hai Ming, Lin Huan Er, Zhu Meng Meng, and Hu Tie Han celebrated at their favourite hawker stall. Gao Hai Ming fulfilled his promised to propose.
Before she could answer, a truck drove toward Lin Huan Er. Gao Hai Ming rushed to save her and was hit instead. To rewind time, Lin Huan Er grabbed a microphone and shouted that the world wasn’t real and they were characters in a book.
Revealing the truth triggered the system’s penalty. When she opened her eyes, Gao Hai Ming was gone. The system erased their memories. The pager stopped working. The next day at work, no one recognize her, including Gao Hai Ming. This time, Lin Huan Er determined to win over him.
Soon, Letao faced a serious quality defect issue that could cost Gao Hai Ming his position. He still refused to stop production.
Meanwhile, Lin Huan Er also investigated and found a warehouse where all the Letao’s sanitary product were switched with counterfeit goods. The workers forcibly seize her camera, but thankfully Gao Hai Ming and the police arrive at the right time.
The man behind all the problem is Mr. Li. he wanted Letao to cooperate with a foreign capital company, but Gao Hai Ming refused the idea. Mr. Li didn’t Letao want to take risk, but Gao Hai Ming has a vision for the future. in the end, Mr. Li learn to see it too and know that he wasn’t suited for his role anymore. But Gao Hai Ming told him that the company will always wait for his return.
Gao Hai Ming began seeing Lin Huan Er differently. She knew his preferences before he even said them. Everything she did was oddly familiar, but he couldn’t remember why. When she mentioned a friend who lost his memory, he started connecting the dots.
Lin Huan Er found traces of the Gao Hai Ming she knew in old radio recordings. He had confessed his feelings long ago, saying she took his heart but wouldn’t give hers. Lin Huan Er painfully realized the memories only belonged to her because Lin Le Er couldn’t heard the song or the recordings.
Gao Hai Ming was listening to the radio when Lin Huan Er called the same radio station. She said she heard him. Even if he didn’t remember now, she would stay until he did. Lin Huan Er didn’t mention names, but his heart was stirred.
Somehow, he felt the words were for him. Still, Lin Huan Er couldn’t prove their connection. Photos looked empty to him, even if she could see their pictures in them.
But there’s one thing left untouched. The candy-coloured wild weasel model remained. Gao Hai Ming was shocked she knew about it and the secret place and the model. Flashes of memory appeared. He looked happy and there was always a woman there. But he couldn’t see her face.
At his birthday party, everything matched his preferences again. But Lin Huan Er felt uneasy after she saw Xie Wan Jun at the party. She left after placing her gift on his desk. Gao Hai Ming went to find her at the beach. Gao Hai Ming called her.
But mid call, the phone dropped. At the same time, people screamed that a girl had fallen into the sea. Gao Hai Ming panicked and jumped in, thinking it was Lin Huan Er. In the end, she was the one who saved him because Gao Hai Ming couldn’t swim.
But because of this accident, Gao Hai Ming realized he was the one who had forgotten. They were together again, as if nothing happened. But while she enjoyed the moment, the system returned and reminded her of the quest. Lin Huan Er felt like she was trapped in a never-ending cycle.
Poor Lin Huan Er. The system indeed rotten. 👿
Unknown to her, Gao Hai Ming had heard her talking to the pager at the hospital. He began to understand the situation. Meanwhile, Gao Ming Shan finally gave Gao Hai Ming full authority over Letao.
Because she kept blocking Gao Hai Ming’s proposals, the system punished her with a countdown. Now, she only has 72 hours to accept proposal, or the world would collapse. Gao Hai Ming knew there was something behind Lin Huan Er resistance. But he was happy when she asked him to propose again.
Meanwhile, Lin Huan Er knew Hu Tie Han’s life was in danger. She told Gao Hai Ming to keep him close and stopped him from working. They avoided an explosion. Lin Huan Er thought she was successful. But in the end, Hu Tie Han still died. Lin Huan Er realized that the plot couldn’t be changed.
Lin Huan Er and Gao Hai Ming spend their last day fulfilling his dream at an amusement park. Gao Hai Ming recorded everything. On the carousel, as she closed her eyes to make a wish, he knelt with a ring. She said yes. They were happy. But then she disappeared before his eyes.
Lin Huan Er wake up in 2025, twelve days before she went into Gao Hai Ming’s world. She searched the town for him. Lin Huan Er didn’t knew that Gao Hai Ming could see her through the pager. He was following her, from another timeline.
Gao Hai Ming and Lin Huan Er both leave messages for each other. His was written on a wonton recipe, while hers was recorded on camera. She asked him not to forget her. He promised to come to her world.
Somewhere, in the 2025, a pager beeped. Then a modern version of Gao Hai Ming watched his 1999 self-miss Lin Huan Er. He determined that no matter where she goes, whenever she needs him, he’ll be there.
The next day, a package arrived. Inside was a wild weasel model and a candy. The sender address was Mr. Gao. She followed the address to the museum. On the way, Lin Huan Er bumped into people who looked exactly like Luo Zhou, Zhu Meng Meng and Hu Tie Han.
Inside, everything was just like before. Her candy-coloured wild weasel model was there. Then she heard a familiar voice say, “Long time no see”. When she turned around, it was Gao Hai Ming.
Notes from epilogue:
Lin Huan Er and Gao Hai Ming are kissing passionately. At this moment, they only see each other. As for how Gao Hai Ming came to Lin Huan Er’s world, that is another story. Perhaps in his pager system, every step he took towards Lin Huan Er shapes their love story.
Wait a minute. His pager system? HIS PAGER SYSTEM? Did Gao Hai Ming own a pager himself? The one is in hand wasn’t Lin Huan Er’s?

What Happened to Zhu Meng Meng and Hu Tie Han on My Page in the 90s Ending?
Zhu Meng Meng decided to join the singing competition. She was anxious at first, but Hu Tie Han encouraged her, saying she sang beautifully and looked gorgeous. Hu Tie Han’s insecurity faded when he found out she still keep his 11th grade birthday gift in her wallet. Zhu Meng Meng said it was the best gift she received that year.
And guess what, dear readers? The picture in Zhu Meng Meng’s wallet was initially a pair. The other one was safely kept in Hu Tie Han’s wallet.
Hu Tie Han slowly learned to open up. He told her why he quit his job as a detective and become a traffic officer. Back then he used to follow his father’s footsteps into the corps. But after his father died on duty, Hu Tie Han became afraid. In the end, he quit because of his mother.
Zhu Meng Meng did great at the competition. She passed the rounds with an excellent score. She also has deal with other competitors. Still, she stayed focus and it paid off. She ranked first in the group. The first person she called was Hu Tie Han. He told her that her happiness mattered most and that he would always be with her.
After working so hand, Zhu Meng Meng entered the final and won the competition. During “Call the Loved Ones” session, she confessed to Hu Tie Han on air. He almost missed it because he was working.
But he called her back just in time. He admitted he had liked he for a long time but lacked the courage to say it. He was afraid he wasn’t good enough. Now, he wanted a second chance, and she gave it to him.
After he supported her dream, Zhu Meng Meng decided it was her turn to support his dream of becoming a detective again. She only asked him not to get hurt.
Zhu Meng Meng and Hu Tie Han happily lived as a couple. He still careful around her, but more relaxed now. As he strived to make her happy, Zhu Meng Meng did the same. She tried to support everything he did.
In the end, Hu Tie Han proposed to her and she said yes. They celebrate it with Lin Huan Er and Gao Hai Ming. They didn’t notice how gloomy Lin Huan Er was that day. But Zhu Meng Meng and Hu Tie Han’s love didn’t mean to last forever.
Just as Zhu Meng Meng was trying on her wedding dress, a call shattered her world. Hu Tie Han was injured during a mission. After waiting for a long time outside the surgery room, the doctor announced that he had passed away. Their love was sincere, but it wasn’t enough to change the novel plot.
What Happened to Ou Xiao Jue on My Page in the 90s Ending?
Lin Huan Er finally separated with Ou Xiao Jue. Because it was him who initiate the breakup, the system didn’t gave any punishment. However, she set one condition that he had to repay all the money she spent on his tuition and living expenses. With interest, of course.
Cheng Die En was truly sincere towards Ou Xiao Jue. Unfortunately, Ou Xiao Jue think of her as his access to money, connection, status, and career advantage.
Gao Hai Ming who knew what kind of person Ou Xiao Jue was, told Cheng Die En the truth and gave her an empty bank card. He said that she would need it. And he was right. Ou Xiao Jue later claimed his father was terminally ill and needed money, so she gave him the card.
Angry that Gao Hai Ming humiliate him and rejected his job application, Ou Xiao Jue spread lies to their high school classmates. He said Lin Huan Er was materialistic woman who dumped him for a rich man.
To get back at him, Zhu Meng Meng and Lin Huan Er arranged a high school reunion and invited everyone, including Ou Xiao Jue.
To completely cut ties, Ou Xiao Jue used the bank card to repay his debt to Lin Huan Er. He went to her house and handed the card to Mr. Lin, before heading to the reunion event.
During the reunion, classmates sneered at Lin Huan Er. Ou Xiao Jue pretended to be a magnanimous person while announcing the breakup, even wishing her happiness. But Lin Huan Er revealed his true face.
Besides taking her money, he had been expelled from his university due to bad grades. She showed her bank statements, proving how much money, she had sent to fund his so-called tuition and living expenses.
Ou Xiao Jue’s face expression darkened, but he was prepared. He played a recording of himself returning the money to Mr. Lin. With a few words, he managed to turn the situation around. The classmates began ridiculing Lin Huan Er, until Cheng Die En appeared.
Shock and fear flashed across Ou Xiao Jue’s face. He claimed that he tried to breakup with Lin Huan Er, but she refused to let him go. Cheng Die En slapped him. She exposed that Ou Xiao Jue had used Lin Huan Er’s money to go abroad with her. He deceived them both and made her the other woman.
Then she took out the empty bank card. She asked why the money meant for his father treatment ended up with Mr. Lin. Ou Xiao Jue panicked. He blamed Lin Huan Er, but all the lies were exposed.
No one believed him anymore. Cheng Die En walked out, ignoring his pleas. He still clutches the bank card, unaware it was empty.
Desperate for revenge, Ou Xiao Jue tried to contact Lin Le Er. He asked her to arrange a meeting with Lin Huan Er. Lin Le Er refused. Ou Xiao Jue finally had his chance, after he kidnapped Lin Le Er and hide her in a secluded room.
Lin Huan Er and Gao Hai Ming found them. They heard him rant that he could have married into the Cheng family. He blamed Lin Huan Er and Gao Hai Ming for ruining both his love and career.
Seeing Lin Huan Er living well only fuelled his anger. He never admitted that his downfall was the result of his own doing. He even asked 400,000 yuan from Lin Huan Er as a compensation for his lost youth
At the same time, Gao Hai Ming quietly moved behind him. He struck Ou Xiao Jue just before he could hurt Lin Le Er. As Lin Huan Er untied her sister, Ou Xiao Jue tried to hit her with a chair.
Gao Hai Ming shielded her and knocked him down again. the chaos ended with Gao Hai Ming taken to the hospital and Ou Xiao Jue arrested.
Later, at the ending, it was revealed that the system had deliberately made Ou Xiao Jue become a violent person. When Lin Huan Er protested, the system cheerfully said it was to help her finish the quest faster.
My Musing
I used to think that Mr. Gao from the future was actually the 90s Gao Hai Ming. Just like Lin Huan Er, maybe he had transmigrated into the novel too. Not as someone who had to follow the rules and the quest, but the real character inside the story.
Maybe he didn’t carry his future memories. And just like Lin Huan Er, everything that happened was only a dream for him too.
